General Questions About 4D
What areas does 4D Restoration serve?
We serve homes and businesses across Central Oklahoma—usually within 30 miles of NW Oklahoma City. That includes places like Yukon, Moore, Norman, and Edmond. Not sure if you’re in our area? Just ask us.
Is 4D a local company or a national franchise?
We’re a veteran-owned local business—not a franchise. No corporate playbook. Just two Oklahomans helping neighbors get back on their feet after property damage.
Are you licensed and insured?
<div class=”reveal-text”>Absolutely. We’re fully licensed in Oklahoma and carry liability and workers comp insurance. We follow IICRC standards and OSHA safety protocols on every job.</div>
Emergency Services & Response
How fast can you arrive for an emergency?
In the OKC metro, we’re usually on-site within 60 minutes. We respond 24/7 for urgent needs like water damage, fire cleanup, or flooding.
Do I need to wait until morning to call?
No—call anytime. Our emergency line is open 24/7. We don’t make you wait while damage gets worse.
What should I do while I wait for your team to arrive?
Shut off the water if it’s a leak. Don’t touch fire- or mold-damaged areas. And give us a call so we can walk you through immediate steps—especially if it’s related to fire damage or safety concerns.
Insurance & Payment
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes—we work with all major insurers in Oklahoma. We document everything, speak directly to your adjuster, and help streamline your claim.
Will I have to pay out of pocket?
In most cases, just your deductible. If insurance denies coverage for anything, we explain your options up front—no surprises.
Do I have to use the restoration company my insurance recommends?
No. In Oklahoma, the choice is always yours. Choose who you trust—not who your insurer suggests.
Our Services & Process
Do you handle rebuilding after the cleanup?
We specialize in mitigation—drying, cleanup, and mold/fire containment. For reconstruction, we refer or coordinate with licensed contractors to get your home back to normal.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use industrial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, moisture meters, and EPA-approved antimicrobials. Learn more about our tools on the Mold Remediation or Odor Control pages.
Is it safe to stay in my home during restoration?
Usually, yes. We seal off affected areas, run air scrubbers, and keep it safe for families and pets. We’ll let you know if it’s safer to leave for a day or two.
How long does the average restoration job take?
It depends. Drying out a room may take 3–5 days. Full fire damage or mold remediation can take longer. We provide daily updates so you’re never left wondering.
Customer Experience & Expectations
Will you clean up when you're done?
Yes. We clean up debris, haul off damaged materials, and leave your home broom-clean. Before we leave, we double-check moisture levels and walk through everything with you.
Will I be kept updated during the project?
Always. You’ll get daily updates—via text, call, or email. Photos, readings, and clear explanations are part of our process. No ghosting. No guessing.
What makes 4D different from other restoration companies?
We’re not a franchise. We’re local, veteran-owned, and fully hands-on. Our owners work jobs themselves and treat customers like neighbors—not invoices.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If something isn’t right after we’re done, we’ll come back and make it right. Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee, and we stand behind it every time.
How do I know I can trust you?
We have over 50 five-star reviews from real Oklahoma families. You can read them on our case studies page or TrustIndex.
