You're here because you don't trust the homepage. Good.
I mean it. Every restoration company in Oklahoma City has a homepage that says "We're the best." They all have stock photos of smiling guys in clean uniforms. They all promise "24/7 emergency response" and "customer satisfaction guaranteed."
So you do what smart people do — you check the reviews.
Here's the thing: I can't write my own reviews. I can't edit them. I can't delete the bad ones. (There aren't any bad ones, but the point stands.) What you're about to read was written by homeowners who were having one of the worst days of their year — and decided that what we did was worth sitting down and typing about.
That's not marketing. That's just what happened.

I could organize these by star count, but they're all 5 stars. So instead, I organized them by what you're probably worried about.
"They came by really fast and started drying immediately!"
That was a midnight call. Attic pipe burst. Water was raining through the ceiling into the living room. My team was there before the towels ran out. That's what emergency water removal looks like.

I write every response myself. Sometimes at 11pm after a job. Sometimes poorly punctuated. But always real.
Here's why: if someone takes the time to write about their experience with 4D, the least I can do is acknowledge it like a human being and not a chatbot.

"We discovered that our “frost-free” hose bib had apparently ruptured from freezing, which only became evident when a hose was hooked up in the backyard. Even though the hose was only running for a few minutes, a significant amount of water had already flowed into the walls and room. Unfortunately, we had to leave town the next day and couldn’t address the situation until we returned a week later. With no prior experience handling this kind of damage, we knew we needed professionals. We chose 4D Restoration based on their excellent reviews, high ratings, and Phil’s detailed information on their website—and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Phil came out immediately after our return with his crew, Jason and Jacob, and performed a thorough, science-based assessment. Using moisture conductivity meters and thermal imaging, they created moisture maps to identify the full extent of the damage. They isolated the affected areas with plastic sheeting, removed and disposed of damaged materials, took samples for lab analysis to rule out asbestos, and set up high-volume blowers and refrigerated air dryers to remove moisture. They also addressed potential mold issues, which can be a serious health concern. The crew returned daily—always calling ahead and always on time—to monitor moisture levels, update their maps, and adjust equipment as needed. Phil provided a written estimate before work began, but in the end the final cost was actually less than the estimate. We would never have known if they had simply charged the original amount, but Phil demonstrated real integrity by billing only for the actual work required. Although we chose not to file an insurance claim, their documentation was incredibly thorough—CAD layouts, photos, instrument readings, moisture graphs, and detailed records of materials and labor—everything an insurance company could possibly require. At my request, Phil also recommended companies they trust for the plumbing and sheetrock repairs, and those referrals turned out to be excellent as well. Phil clearly has the knowledge, credentials, and integrity that make 4D Restoration a top choice for this kind of work. We feel fortunate to have found them and highly recommend their services. And as a bonus—every time they walked by our dog Lola, they stopped to give her some attention. She definitely misses them."
"Phillip was great. He was my forth call in search of a water cleanup crew when I had a pipe burst in the slab while I was out of state for work. He answered immediately and helped me navigate not only the cleanup, but the whole process. He gave me a quote up front and stood by it. His sole focus was getting the house safely livable for my wife and son who stayed with family until the house was restored. He communicated daily at minimum (despite my inconvenient availability) and took time to make sure I understood the techincal aspects he was evaluating to verify the safety of the house. He was careful not to cause any unnecessary damage and I was able to reset the carpet (with new pad) when he was done to allow time to get insurance to cover the replacement. I would draw a comparison between his prices and others, but with his up-front quote and after talking to him for a few minutes I had no doubt he was the one I wanted to work with. I never called the others back to get their pricing and if I ever have a similar need in the future he'll be the one I call. I'm glad I had him to help take care of my family while I was away."

"If you want the job done right, hire these guys! I initially went with another company to save money. Big mistake! They left us with mold spores that spread to other places in our home, and we had to complete the job ourselves. The company we hired had an air scrubber that wasn't ventalating outside and the air scrubber they used had a "change filter" light on the entire time they were ripping out walls. They didn't bag anything and left it open on our property for days. They tried to charge us more money to come back and replace their filter. Mold was still visible on the walls and floor. They were planning on coming back 2 days later to seal it all in, when they had done nothing to kill the mold. We had to call a lawyer. I wish I would have hired 4D. "We had to use 4D Restoration when someone sprayed perfume in our home because they thought we would like the smell. I’m highly allergic to scents, they cause blisters and nosebleeds. The scent was extremely strong. We called 4D being the smell was still strong after 3 days of attempting to air it out by leaving the windows open. 4D was able to get the scent completely out. We had to vacate for 24 hours, but when we returned, our home was completely clear. Everything, including our air ducts were clean. We are going to utilize their services twice a year just to keep our home environment clean and healthy. We were very pleased with the results these 2 vets provided. He communicated daily at minimum (despite my inconvenient availability) and took time to make sure I understood the techincal aspects he was evaluating to verify the safety of the house. He was careful not to cause any unnecessary damage and I was able to reset the carpet (with new pad) when he was done to allow time to get insurance to cover the replacement. Customers mention that we handle the insurance coordination — the documentation, the photos, the Xactimate estimates, the adjuster communication.
