This page explains how 4D Restoration LLC gets your permission before sending you a text about your job, and shows exactly what that exchange looks like.

How you agree to texts

After you call 405-896-9088 or ask 4D Restoration for service, we may send one text inviting you to reply YES for job updates; we never send more than one invitation in 24 hours. Replying YES is the only way to sign up: there is no web form, checkbox or keyword.

If you text 405-896-9088 first, we reply to that conversation. Ongoing job-update texts start only after you reply YES to our invitation text.

The invitation after a missed call:

The invitation for anyone who reaches us another way (an answered call, a text, an email, or in person):

The confirmation sent right after you reply YES:

4D Restoration: You're signed up for job texts. 4D Restoration LLC sends text updates about your job: appointment reminders, on-my-way alerts, job status, and notices when your estimate or invoice is ready. Up to 4 texts per day while your job is open; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service. Your number and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate, including in a business transfer.

If you reply HELP:
